Subject: Intermediaries in Commercial Law

Dear all,

I hope everyone is keeping well.

Future conferences seem somewhat trivial at the moment, but - for those looking for a distraction - I wanted to write about 2 conferences at UCL.

1) Our conference on Commercial Contracts has been postponed from 14 May 2020 to 13 May 2021, when hopefully a degree of normality will have returned. We'll try to keep the same/similar line-up, and will write again early next year: https://www.ucl.ac.uk/laws/events/2021/may/commercial-contracts-recent-developments

2) The Bentham House Conference 2021 will be on Intermediaries in Commercial Law and held at UCL on 10-11 June 2021. A call for papers can be found here: https://www.ucl.ac.uk/laws/events/2021/jun/call-papers-intermediaries-commercial-law I appreciate it may be difficult to get full abstracts together at the moment, but I would welcome early expressions of interest - including from early career scholars.

Best wishes,
Paul
